Must:
I am looking for candidates with experience in lighting, sound, and special effects equipment. Strong technical troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail and safety standards. Creative problem-solving skills and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are also required.

In this role, I will need you to set up and operate lighting, sound, and special effects equipment for our performances. You will troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during shows and maintain and repair technical equipment as needed. Collaboration with performers and directors is important, as we aim to enhance our shows together. Additionally, you'll need to ensure that all technical aspects meet safety standards.
Description
