Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years of data engineering or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of tools, techniques, and manipulation, including cloud platforms, programming languages, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with tools & platforms like AWS (S3, Lambda, Kinesis, etc.), Databricks, Python, JavaScript, Kafka, SQL, and others.
- Knowledge of concepts such as Real-time & Batch Data Processing, Cloud, Datalakes, Data Security, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and inspire team members.

Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize complex data solutions, addressing problems and recommending data cleansing and quality solutions.
- Design complex data solutions that incorporate new data sources, ensuring alignment with data strategies.
- Perform analysis of complex data sources to determine value and recommend data for analytical processes.
- Act as a data and technology subject matter expert, supporting delivery and educating end users on data products.
- Conduct data and system analysis for defects and incidents, providing resolutions as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to support the delivery and understanding of complex data products.
