Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow - HR Service Delivery
- Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management is a plus
- A background in HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with common HRIS systems, such as Workday, is a plus
- Ability to work successfully across both business and technical stakeholders to drive design and decisions on requirements
- Experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting
- Experience as a relationship manager and stakeholder management
- Experience contributing to the development of delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and client offerings
- Ability to provide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
- Understanding of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures
- Experience with agile methodologies
- ServiceNow CIS-HR certified
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead senior business stakeholders through HRSD transformation activities, from discovery to delivering business value to streamline processes for optimal performance. I will advise customers on service delivery models, SaaS solutions, customer service and case management systems, and usage of AI-powered platforms. I will establish user journeys and create user stories to support the design of Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities. Building strong relationships with clients and project teams will be key to achieving successful outcomes. I will collaborate with HR leaders, developers, and IT teams to document HR Service Delivery operations and develop roadmaps for expanding capabilities. I will make recommendations for long-term support of HRSD solutions and maintain awareness of client priorities, traveling 25% of the time.

For this Consultant level position, the base salary range is $96,000 to $177,000, and for the Senior Consultant level, it ranges from $110,000 to $203,000, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
