Requirements
Must:
- 8 years of CRM industry experience, primarily with Salesforce.
- Expertise in one or multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, Financial, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce functional development and configuration.
- Understanding of system architecture and ability to design scalable, maintainable, and organized solutions.
- Knowledge of key design patterns, data modeling, and best practices.
- Expert understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and map to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, management, and documentation.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce & CRM business processes.
- Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI product capabilities.
- Basic understanding of technical areas of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge and training on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and developments.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that effectively leverage Salesforce platforms and products.
- Lead functional and business design sessions; document business process flows; identify gaps between the client’s current and desired states.
- Lead functional and business process teams.
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
- Articulate the benefits and risks involved in a solution's feasibility and functionality.
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
- Provide expertise during sales efforts to determine design feasibility and estimations.
- Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
