Requirements

Must:
- 3-5 years of Salesforce experience - Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate those processes across disparate systems - Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills - Experience with Salesforce project delivery, preferably in a consulting environment - A strong passion for the nonprofit sector’s role and technology to support nonprofit missions - Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire - Preference for experience utilizing Nonprofit Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack, or Salesforce’s Industry Clouds - Preference for previous sales and pre-sales solutioning experience - Preference for technical development experience, including hands-on configuration and development of complex business processes - Preference for previous experience with nonprofit sector customers

Responsibilities

- Own sales solutions by driving conversations with our customers’ technology teams and business stakeholders to connect desired outcomes directly to Salesforce solution implementations using best practices. - Collaborate with Salesforce, client, and partner architects in developing proposed solutions to deliver client business outcomes, with a primary focus on Nonprofit Cloud. - Provide detailed effort estimates for proposed solutions based on RFPs, client conversations, or partner requests, articulating benefits and risks to the solution's feasibility and functionality. - Own solution direction and outcomes for client delivery. - Serve as the Nonprofit Cloud technical leader and subject matter expert for Salesforce projects globally. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms and products effectively. - Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers and lead capability development for Nonprofit Cloud products. - Advise customers and our delivery team on best practices, solutions, reusable assets, and product features. - Help experiment with, pilot, and scale new Salesforce and partner offerings. - Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members and conduct interviews to grow our team. - Participate in marketing events, demonstrating thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations. - Continue professional development and increase fluency with nonprofit sector topics as the landscape evolves. - Be willing to travel up to 25% for the Global Technology Team.
