Requirements
Must:
To be successful in this role, I am seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience as an architect designing complex technical solutions that leverage Communications Cloud. A Communications Cloud Accredited Professional certification is desired. You should have familiarity with telecommunications industry standards like TMForum and MEF. Additionally, I require at least 5 years of telecommunications consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, middleware). Candidates should also have experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including both business and technical architecture, as well as Agile implementation methodologies. I value the ability to work independently and be a self-starter, with proven results in leading and influencing vendors, partners, and others within your organization. A passion for evangelizing enterprise architecture best practices at various organizational levels is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent presentation skills, are also required.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will combine business and technical architecture to create a comprehensive view of the enterprise and develop business and technical roadmaps to achieve desired business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will engage in conversations with client architects and business stakeholders, translating business needs into well-architected technical solutions. You will lead and mentor diverse teams, which include customer and partner resources, in the delivery of complex, multi-cloud programs and projects. This includes driving the business, application, integration, data, technology, and security architecture to support these initiatives. Furthermore, you will lead technical architecture discussions and produce detailed designs for developer teams to implement in Communications Cloud. You will also drive efficiencies from order to activation utilizing Communications Cloud Order Management, lead design and discovery efforts through workshops and design sessions, and create, review, and present technical documentation such as capability maps and roadmaps. Lastly, you will assist with estimating work efforts required for each project and should be prepared to travel up to 50%.
