Automotive Technical Support Advisor

- I handle all incoming warranty and service requests from Independent Field Service Representatives and directly from customers. - I accurately process warranty claims from Independent Field Service Representatives and customers. - I enter warranty claims and corrective actions into the appropriate database. - I work with Independent Field Service Representatives and customers to research the necessary parts for each claim. - I monitor and direct all incoming service emails to the proper internal representatives. - I process and send warranty and service invoices to field service representatives and direct customers. - I locate vehicle drawings, layouts, and service manuals as needed. - I call vendors to find availability and pricing of purchased parts for warranty and service repairs. - I am responsible for returning parts to vendors. - I also take on other duties as assigned.
