Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining high-performing machine learning models in real-time environments and monitoring those models for drift or performance degradation, implementing automated retraining pipelines as needed. You will implement advanced deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Champion-Challenger and develop modular, flexible ML pipelines to ensure uptime and reliability. Your work will include building and managing scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and related tools. You will design and implement an on-premises development platform using Kubeflow to replicate cloud capabilities in classified environments and set up robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. A key part of your role will be to optimize performance metrics like inference latency and system throughput while ensuring fault tolerance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define touchpoints with DevOps and Data Engineering to ensure seamless integration of ML workflows, and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, innovative team culture.
