A strong understanding of departmental vision, the development process, and the interdependencies of teams outside the Product Management department is important. The ability to utilize originality, imagination, and creativity in designs is crucial, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A knowledge of mobile interface design across multiple operating systems and a strong knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred. I hope to find someone who effectively builds relationships across teams and functions, can communicate complex ideas, goals, and problems clearly, and is self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting recommendations to leadership will be key to success in this role. The physical demands of this job require that employees remain in a stationary position and move about the office, as well as operate computer, phone, and other office productivity tools. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The work environment will resemble that of a typical office, with moderate noise levels and average temperatures. I commit to being an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind. I will make employment decisions based on business needs, job requirements, individual qualifications, and merit.
