Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience with healthcare data.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare industry.
- 6 years of experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.
- Proven experience in capturing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Outstanding customer-facing communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze manufacturer requirements for our Business Digital Experience (BDE).
- Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturers and the BDE delivery team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop comprehensive requirement specifications and ensure they are understood and met by the delivery team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with manufacturers to comprehend their evolving needs and provide updates on project status.
- Maintain and update all project documentation regularly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting services based on feedback and data analysis.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to specialty drugs and advanced therapies.
- Support the training and development of junior business analysts and other team members.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including performance, experience, skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The expected pay range for this position is $102,800 - $171,300, and it aligns with our pay philosophy while adhering to applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentives may be provided.
