Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who typically have around 13 years of experience, including 8 years of direct work-related experience in enterprise architecture. Critical skills we seek include:
- Expertise in networking, storage, and compute technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and cloud-native technologies.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Effective communication of architectural decisions and plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional desirable skills include excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, robust communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred, or relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
As our Enterprise Architecture Technical Architect, your role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework to ensure alignment with our business strategies.
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and resilient technology solutions.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation within our organization.
- Leading architecture reviews and providing technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Developing and maintaining a technology infrastructure roadmap that aligns with enterprise architecture and business strategies.
- Leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborating with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Supporting cloud adoption and migration strategies to ensure efficient use of cloud services, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for system performance improvements, cost optimization, and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Working closely with other enterprise architects, security teams, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all architecture layers.

We offer a competitive compensation package as part of our Total Rewards, which takes into account performance, experience, skills, and geographical factors. Additional compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentives, may also be available. Our Base Pay Range for this position is $173,300 - $288,900.
