Requirements
Must:
- An active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
- A Master's Degree in a related field is required; six (6) years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a Master's Degree.
- A minimum of 12 years of general experience is necessary.
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
- Ability to evaluate performance results and recommend significant changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments is expected.
Responsibilities
- I will develop and manage project schedules and work plans, ensuring DoD policy requirements are implemented and enforced.
- I will manage project engagements and assist clients with innovative risk-based services derived from the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- I will create tools, such as Excel spreadsheets and databases, to compile, track, summarize, and report the status of various documents and projects.
- I will create support materials and content, including tutorials, templates, and toolkits.
- I will write technical documentation and deliver technical presentations to IT staff.
- I will oversee office processes to ensure conformance with established guidelines, utilizing tools like SharePoint, Jira, and CATMS.
- I will ensure development and submission of Memorandum for Record, Action Memos, or other correspondence in support of DoD or Interagency principals.
- I will provide timely feedback and status updates as requested and take on special projects independently or as assigned.
- I will manage and maintain the complex calendars and schedules of senior personnel, resolving conflicting priorities.
