Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design and development, showcased through a strong portfolio of responsive websites and applications.
- Proven experience working on healthcare-related websites or a solid understanding of healthcare-specific regulations and compliance (HIPAA, ADA, WCAG) is a plus.
- Proficiency in front-end Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Familiarity with back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with web analytics, SEO best practices, and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience integrating digital tools into a website’s functionality (domains, plugins, third-party tools and services).
Responsibilities
- Manage and update website content through CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.), ensuring that all content is current, relevant, and aligned with our marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients and key stakeholders to gather information, design, develop, and measure digital experiences.
- Simplify complex data through user-friendly digital experiences and ensure websites are accessible and optimized for speed while meeting all regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, WCAG).
- Analyze web traffic analytics to understand user behavior and identify patterns for future marketing strategies.
- Engage with internal teams (marketing, IT, content) to ensure the seamless integration of digital assets and campaigns.
- Communicate technical concepts and design solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on all digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in healthcare compliance.
