Requirements

Must:
- I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, I have ten (10) or more years of software development experience using modern programming environments, with an additional four (4) years of experience if a degree is not available. - I possess ten (10) years of experience with SIGINT Development analytic support. - I am proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python, and I have experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) including REDHAWK/RFNext or GNU Radio. - I have a strong foundation in RF signal analysis, Signals Development (SIGDEV), and DSP principles, particularly in satellite communications system design. - I am knowledgeable about geolocation technologies and their application in signal processing solutions. - I have experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and I am familiar with Unix/Linux environments for system development. - I am adept in GPU/CUDA development for performance optimization and message queue implementation for efficient data handling. - I possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with adaptability and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

I will join the mission-critical team as a Signals Software Engineer Subject Matter Expert to develop, deploy, and innovate systems that advance SIGINT capabilities. My role combines expertise in signal processing, software design, and analytic support to optimize customer signal intelligence systems. My key responsibilities include: - Providing SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and enhance customer signal processing systems. - Analyzing module/model outputs from signals of interest to design follow-on processing for improved signal interpretation and intelligence gathering. - Designing and implementing advanced signal processing software using platforms like MATLAB, Python, or C/C++, adhering to stringent performance and accuracy standards. - Developing novel processing solutions by creatively leveraging Commercial and Government Off-The-Shelf (COTS/GOTS) systems for enhanced functionality. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers and analysts, to ensure the successful integration and deployment of software modules. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for design processes, algorithms, and software implementations, facilitating knowledge sharing and project continuity.

Please note that this pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
