Requirements

Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. - You should have four (4) years of experience as a Signal Software Engineer (SSWE) or equivalent, focusing on Radio Frequency (RF), which includes experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, error control coding, signal analysis tools (e.g., WVT, DVT), and digital signal processing (e.g., adaptive beamforming/filtering, demodulation). - Alternatively, you may have four (4) years of additional SSWE or equivalent experience on projects with similar software processes, which can substitute for the Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

- I expect you to analyze user requirements and derive software design and performance specifications. - You will design, develop, and enhance software to add new features or improve existing functionality. - Debugging and resolving defects in software systems will be part of your job. - You should effectively utilize signal processing techniques and digital modulation methods. - Developing software using C++ and Java within Linux operating systems is essential. - You will integrate software into new or modified systems, ensuring seamless operation. - Leading or participating in the development and execution of test procedures for software components is required. - Writing and reviewing software and system documentation, while providing recommendations to improve processes and standards, will be necessary. - You will apply scientific analysis and mathematical models to design software solutions and predict outcomes.
