Sharepoint Administrator

In this role, I will expect you to develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) to serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data. You will assist the Government by advising on how best to utilize KM tools, enhancing information sharing of analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget materials, IT information, and other relevant documents. You will also train system users, including IC partners, and provide user guides as needed. Integrating information with other databases will be part of your duties, as you utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate user access and enhance their ability to analyze information holdings. I expect you to employ specific tools tailored to unique office needs, create and maintain virtual communities of interest for collaboration, share lessons learned and best practices, and report and track metrics to assess progress against various programs and strategies. In addition, you will develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels, continuously identify opportunities to improve information exchanges, and maintain an ODNI-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents, and policy memoranda. Lastly, you will build data repositories for diverse mission needs that generate visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.
