Requirements
Must:
- Must be a US Citizen
- DoD Secret Clearance required
- High school diploma with 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, version 10
- Familiarity with HP Service Manager, Remedy, or similar Service/Help Desk ticket management software
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs for up to 100 feet at a time; able to lift 25 lbs vertically using ladders
- Capacity to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and to stand or sit for 8 hours at a time
- Proficient in using basic hand tools, such as screwdrivers and wrenches for rack mounting equipment
- Normal color vision to identify different colors of wires and cables; correctable vision to 20/20 or better; depth perception to judge distances safely
- Valid state license required to drive personal or corporate vehicles to various job locations
Responsibilities
- Assist junior technicians in resolving complex issues
- Manage the resolution of customer tickets according to established Service Level Requirements (SLRs)
- Serve as backup to the Site Operations Lead
