Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance is required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- It is favorable if you have CompTIA Network+ (Highly Recommended) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of our organization's network infrastructure.
- Develop networking skills while working with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and cloud-based services.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Support VPN, VoIP, and remote access solutions for employees and remote offices.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and system alerts, assisting with issue resolution.
- Help maintain firewall rules, access controls, and network security settings.
- Apply software updates, patches, and configurations to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Assist with basic security monitoring, identifying and reporting potential threats.
- Support cloud-based network configurations (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Networks, Google Cloud networking).
- Help configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks, troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up to date with networking best practices and emerging technologies.
- Assist in upgrading and expanding the network infrastructure under supervision.

We are looking for an eager candidate to join our Multi-domain Solutions Division (MDS) as a Network Administrator, Junior, to play a key role in a new cybersecurity program supporting government-critical systems. This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award, and we believe your greatest work is ahead!
The salary range for this position is between $57,850.00 and $104,575.00. Please note that this range serves as a guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors considered for extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
