Exchange Administrator Specialist

- I will expect you to support and manage the operation, servicing, troubleshooting, and account administration of Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM), and the Global Address List (GAL). - You will provide support for the operation, servicing, troubleshooting, and account administration of the above mentioned systems. - You will manage end user accounts and perform lifecycle events including creation, modification, movement, upgrade/downgrade access, and deleting or transferring network end user data as needed. - You will manage the web-based Active Directory (AD) tool for reporting and queries against end user accounts, as well as manage AD group objects. - Lifecycle events for AD groups, which include creating new Groups, modifying attributes, and deactivating or deleting Groups, will also be part of your duties. - You will manage the enterprise messaging service to process, deliver, store, and receive email and associated attachments, ensuring that signed and encrypted email and attachments can be sent and received. - Configuring the email service to utilize mandated and accredited messaging protocols for interoperability and remote access will be your responsibility. - You will manage server mailbox restorations and mobile device email service infrastructures, ensuring synchronization with mobile capabilities. - Communication skills are a must, as you will need to utilize internal systems to report incidents to leadership and take escalations of any significant alerts/events. - You will ensure that the Critical Situation Manager is kept apprised of all details regarding significant events or incidents.
