Chinese Language Data analysts

We require candidates to demonstrate proficiency in Chinese and Russian. Successful applicants must be able to accurately translate reports and texts in both electronic and hard-copy formats, capturing intended implications and nuances, and have a strong grasp of geopolitical, regional, ethnic, and cultural contexts. Additionally, you should possess the capability to interpret accurately, primarily with consecutive interpretation, though simultaneous interpretation may occasionally be necessary. A solid understanding of one or more regional dialects is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and be adept at preparing reports, along with a strong ability to summarize factual points and abstract concepts accurately. Familiarity with MS Office and general internet skills for research is essential. A BA/BS degree or equivalent military training, combined with 8 years of relevant work experience, is required. We will sponsor and upgrade your security clearance after you pass the necessary tests. TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required before starting work on the contract, as you cannot begin without a fully adjudicated security clearance. All candidates will undergo a language test administered by Leidos or an accepted commercial testing vendor.
