Systems Engineering Manager

As a Systems Engineering Manager at GDIT, I will manage the workload across our team and prepare DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) deliverables for our customers. My role, along with the greater team, will involve making recommendations to leadership on changes to the environment, including governance, processes, and data exchanges. Specifically, I will: - Provide enterprise, system, solution, and data architects to support the AF DCGS enterprise and assist in developing and managing the AF DCGS architecture products for Air Force ground capabilities (processing, exploitation, and dissemination - PED) while supporting capability planning, acquisition, and systems engineering and integration (SE&I) functions. - Coordinate with relevant entities to establish and sustain the operational baseline. - Support AF DCGS in developing and executing an Enterprise Architecture, consistent with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), based on the AF DCGS operational, systems, and technical product view baselines. - Facilitate information/data collection, database population, and architecture product view creation using Enterprise Architecture development tools and other architecture facilitation tools. - Produce and collaborate on enterprise architecture models in support of AF DCGS and Open Architecture (OA) DCGS operational pilots.
