Responsibilities
We are looking for a TS/SCI level cleared Systems Integrator to join our team and support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer in Alexandria, VA. As a successful Systems Engineer Integrator, you will participate in software and systems engineering and integration. Your role will include developing new capabilities and managing systems-level requirements, operational systems concepts, originating design concepts, and performing systems level integration and testing for complex systems.
You will interact with systems users to translate requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements, capabilities, and designs. Additionally, you will develop integration approaches and test strategies to ensure the success of integrating geospatial systems. Supporting the Software Engineering Center (SEC) and the Army's PM Intelligence Systems & Analytics (IS&A) team, you will help solve engineering and integration issues related to geospatial software baselines.
You will be responsible for significant technical projects, coordinating activities of engineers assigned to specific projects. You will ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into comprehensive systems solutions while acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Supporting cybersecurity architectural processes and generating required artifacts will also be part of your job, as you are expected to foster a self-governance environment while remaining accountable as a team player.
Description
We value professionals who are experts in their field and have experience with the Army's Gold Master baselines and associated systems. You should be familiar with the Army's convergence efforts and understand the relationships between PM IS&A and Mission Command, as these impact the warfighter's capabilities for executing geospatial analytics using timely and accurate data. If you possess the necessary skills and can demonstrate them in a possible technical interview, we encourage you to apply, but you must have an active SECRET clearance to be considered.
The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500, although final compensation will depend on your experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
