Requirements
Must:
- Security Clearance Required: Active US Secret Level Security Clearance.
- Certifications: Must have DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level II Certifications within 90 days of hire, e.g. Security+.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Technical Skills: Certified Azure Administrator training is essential.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on administration in an Azure hosting environment and at least 2 years of .NET web application development experience.
- Must be capable of obtaining a Belgium Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) approval.
- Skills: Proficient in Authentication, Web Applications, and Windows Azure Cloud.
- US Citizenship Required: Yes.

Responsibilities
As a Systems Analyst/Application SME, I will support the Allied Special Operations Forces Command (Allied SOFCOM) and be a vital member of our EMITS program team in Mons, Belgium. My primary responsibilities will include:
- Becoming the functional expert on the NTP web application, automated workflows, and the data interface with the Blackboard Learning Management System.
- Acting as the liaison between NSOU staff and the application development team.
- Organizing and supporting NSOU user acceptance training for upcoming releases.
- Identifying, logging, and managing requests for NTP bugs and enhancements.
- Developing, testing, and deploying bug fixes to the NTP web app code, managing version control via Github.
- Conducting requirements gathering for application fixes and enhancements.
- Providing technical documentation for IT operations and development teams.
- Creating user manuals, training guides, and other system documentation.
- Troubleshooting Tier I/II user issues, including SSO, MFA, and site navigation problems.
- Collaborating with SOFCOM CIO/Information Assurance to maintain the NTP/Azure system accreditation.
- Performing periodic duties as an Azure cloud administrator, including user account management and MFA configuration.
- Actively engaging with CIO IA and Microsoft for Azure NTP cyber incident responses.
