Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to possess a Top Secret clearance level and be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience is essential.
- I expect all candidates to be U.S. citizens.
- The position requires IT networking skills, networking support experience, and familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or WireShark.
- Understanding of critical physical infrastructure (HVAC, Power, UPS, etc.) that supports mission operations is important.
- Candidates must have DoD 8570 compliant certifications.
Responsibilities
- As a Mission Support Operator (MSO), I need you to provide 24/7 operational support to users on-site, monitoring the performance and capacity of IT systems.
- I expect you to triage hardware, software, and environmental faults and provide situational awareness and resolution to our user community.
- You will serve as the first responder for all site issues, requiring a broad knowledge of high priority systems across a multi-location enterprise.
- The role will involve monitoring IT systems, evaluation, and correction of network and satellite ground stations, as well as interfacing with various teams for real-time problem detection and resolution.
- You will need to perform functional checks on systems, provide testing and validation support for new software releases, and maintain documentation of SOP/TTP.
- Depending on the schedule, you will cover shifts that may include a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on, 3 days off, ensuring work-life balance for the team.

- I offer a salary range of $102,000 - $138,000, but this is not a guarantee; it will be determined by experience, location, and contractual obligations.
