- Desired Certifications/Experience: Juniper, VMware Certified Professional – Network Virtualization (VCP-NV), CISCO Switches and Routers, Base Firewalls, Palo Alto, CISCO SourceFire, SolarWinds, CISCO Prime, CISCO ISE, F5 BIG-IP (LTM and APM)
Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer Senior, I will provide full lifecycle network infrastructure support for installation, tuning, testing, monitoring, upgrading, patching, break/fix, management, maintenance, and administration of the network infrastructure environment, supporting LAN, WAN, MAN, or CAN across the enterprise. I will support all transmission/transport mediums (VPNs, dedicated circuits, broadband, etc.) and collaborate with public carriers and other circuit providers to deliver network services. I’ll adhere to designated standards, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance through configuration management support. Additionally, I will support the development of integration and user acceptance test plans, execute tests, and develop test reports. My responsibilities will also include performing installation actions aligned with DoD published hardware and software security requirements to transition designed systems into production.

The expected salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000, determined by experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
