Requirements

Must:
- 15+ years of related experience in Intelligence Analysis (Intelligence or Law Enforcement Communities). - Bachelor of Arts or Science or an advanced degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience. - Detailed insight in the Intelligence Production cycle, its individual components, and intelligence practitioner roles. - Knowledge of applicable theories, principles, practices, approaches, and techniques of intelligence research and analysis concepts. - Expertise in researching multiple information sources and aggregating relevant data to craft solutions and proposal artifacts. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive-level interface; ability to work autonomously and in groups; highly organized and deadline-oriented; continuous-improvement mindset. - Ability to illustrate/visualize processes and organizational structures. - Ability to develop and apply process-oriented approaches in technical solutions and solution components and translate details into proposal volumes and artifacts. - Working knowledge of common intelligence production tools and systems. - Experience working in operational intelligence environments and missions. - Due to the need for the selected candidate to hold a Security Clearance, US Citizenship is required. Candidates with existing active clearances are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Intelligence Analyst Solutions Architect at GDIT, I am responsible for: - Applying my experience in intelligence and analytic services to craft solutions and write compelling intelligence services proposals for contracts where teams of intelligence practitioners work with customers to deliver their mission. - Codifying intelligence tradecraft in solutions and frameworks that address people, processes, and tools aligned with customer missions, strategies, policies, guidance, and in-place procedures. - Planning for and incorporating a comprehensive set of program components needed to successfully execute a customer’s mission, including staffing, operational practices and tradecraft, training, adoption and adaptation of relevant technology and tools, and innovation and improvement practices. - Assessing current state operational environments and recommending realistic and practical changes appropriate to the mission and organization. - Scheduling and hosting technical exchange meetings with subject matter experts to capture relevant details and tradecraft insights applicable to pursuits and customer operational environments and missions. - Functioning as a solutions architect within a Business and Proposal Development Process, potentially serving as a team or task leader for solution architects collaboratively working on opportunity proposals. - Identifying proposal solution resource needs and coordinating additional support as necessary. - Assessing customer insight and crafting solutions to support customer missions today while planning for the future. - Conducting research to track intelligence and tech domain developments and trends to develop new capabilities tailored to customer needs. - Translating or decomposing customers’ solicitation requirements to actionable requirements for total solutions that conform to customer mission technical, schedule, and cost constraints. - Coaching and providing subject matter guidance to proposal and program teams for intelligence services. - Working closely with Capture Managers on the planning and execution of opportunity pursuits and contributing to proposal writing and coordination of overall capture efforts. - Assessing, scoring, and reporting solution quality through all phases of opportunity pursuit and contributing to the construction and delivery of presentations that clearly illustrate technical, management, and transition solutions and components.
