- Education: BA/BS (or equivalent years of experience) - Experience: 2+ years of related experience - US Citizenship Required: Yes - Skills: Analytical Thinking, Dashboard Reporting, Data Analysis, Data Analytics - Security Clearance Level: Public Trust - Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong background in Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in financial analysis (Funding/Budgets/Expenditures/Profit/Revenue) - Experience developing dashboards using Tableau or Power BI - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities - Good team player, adaptable to changing client needs - Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Agile methodology - Experience with Oracle Financials - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) - Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools - Experience with Python

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, I will help deliver insights that turn data into actionable solutions for our clients. My key duties will include: - Conducting market research and defining industry best practices for decision-making - Creating, refining, and delivering reports and dashboards for both internal and external purposes - Utilizing Tableau, Excel, and/or other business intelligence tools - Providing data analytics and key insights - Highlighting and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across various sections - Collaborating with a team of developers, analysts, and engineers to determine feature requests, priorities, dashboards, and solutions - Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and retrospectives to improve Agile development processes - Performing Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new features to ensure requirements are met and the user experience works as intended - Participating in and supporting user acceptance testing and the deployment of solutions to production - Preparing and conducting presentations and training materials - Creating and maintaining documentation - Collaborating with the team to deliver on-time Agile sprint releases
