Requirements
Must:
- I have a minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- I possess experience with data analytics, data manipulation, and systems integration involving APIs, EDI, and other data formats using various connectivity methods.
- I am proficient in using tools to debug and monitor transactions, such as Postman, SQL clients, reporting tools like Looker, and have experience working with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, SQS, and others.
- I have the ability to effectively support integrations between Flexport and our customers, ensuring a high success rate for these integrations.
- I work well with various internal teams and external partners, and I have a passion for helping users excel with our integrations by offering best practice guidance.
- I can prioritize, focus, and adhere to support SLAs while managing multiple priorities and tickets with organizational and time-management skills.
- I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a persistent, proactive, results-oriented mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- I show initiative and maintain a positive attitude with a desire to learn, independently seek answers, and have curiosity to explore the technical side of the supply chain/logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- I will proactively support the integrations running in our production environment, which includes monitoring and triaging inbound requests, providing support for integration issues, owning investigations end to end, and contributing to the integration support knowledge base.
- I will partner with internal operations, business, and technical teams to drive the success rate of these integrations, maximizing value for our customers.
- I will lead meetings with customers and third parties, involving required internal team members to help resolve issues.
- I will become a technical expert in the logistics space, developing a deep understanding of new and existing integrations, EDI standards being used by larger partners, as well as the Boomi integration platform and Flexport APIs.
- I will work efficiently to enhance the success rate across all support SLAs by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes as well as product inefficiencies, and assist in educating users on best practices.
- I will create and maintain required charts and dashboards to monitor the health of integrations and assist in diagnosing integration issues in production.
- I will share insights and lessons learned about integration issues with my Flexport peers to continuously improve our processes and efficiency.

Our salary range for this position is $151,000-$168,000 USD, determined by role, level, and location, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits.
