Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience leading software testing projects.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Visual Studio, ServiceNow, and SAP (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments, with knowledge of development languages like Java, C, or .NET.
- SAP testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Lead testing phases for large-scale projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including test scenarios, cases, and data in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage testing artifacts to align with project timelines, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Streamline the bug lifecycle by removing blockers and coordinating with necessary parties.
- Identify and resolve risks while communicating mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Generate test reports and dashboards for visibility into testing progress and overall quality.
- Collaborate with teams to refine testing standards, best practices, and methodologies.
- Partner with automation specialists to incorporate manual test scripts into automated testing frameworks.
- Promote a quality-first mindset and support DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
- Guide and mentor teams on software quality best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
