Must:
We require that you have at least 5 years of experience in an Application Architect role, with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities billing. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is also mandatory. To excel in this position, you should possess deep knowledge of PL/SQL, ProC, and Oracle Utilities, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in each area. Additionally, you must be capable of working effectively in a remote environment while supporting an on-site government project. Please note, candidates must be U.S. Citizens due to Public Trust Clearance requirements.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to provide hands-on production support for our Power Billing application. You will analyze, debug, and enhance existing Oracle Utilities billing functionalities. Your ability to read and troubleshoot customized Rules Language code will be crucial, as well as your capability to develop enhancements and improvements for the billing component v1.6.x. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure seamless application performance, and you may be tasked with drafting technical documentation and white papers as needed.
