Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. You should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong experience supporting general end-user technologies, including Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Desktops, and MacOS, is essential. A solid understanding of mobile technologies along with experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is also needed. Additionally, we seek individuals with advanced proficiency in analysis, design, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

In the role of Infrastructure Engineer Principal, you will perform and lead complex infrastructure project assignments. Your tasks will include planning, researching, evaluating, designing, and analyzing the performance of complex infrastructure systems. You will provide advanced technical support and analysis, as well as handle operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities. Responsibilities also include preparing cost estimates, justifications, application requirements, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations. Lastly, you will be required to prepare technical documentation, including procedures, manuals, reports, and standards.
