Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 7 years of software development experience. You should have strong experience with complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programming, as well as excellent design, build, test, and documentation skills. Proven project delivery experience in Agile environments is essential, alongside excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. We value fast learners who are capable of working under minimal supervision and possess strong cross-functional communication skills, including with business and leadership stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Additionally, you should have the ability to lead and guide technology teams across onsite and offshore locations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications alongside various GTO technology partners. You will also be responsible for integrating with a wide range of Global Financial Crime systems and technologies, which include data provisioning, AML modeling, alert generation and processing, case investigation, and internal/external search analytics. Your tasks will include analyzing, designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting applications that integrate with existing business components using established processes, frameworks, and technologies. You will demonstrate expertise in multiple technology stacks while leading onsite/offshore application team members using Agile methodology. Furthermore, you will coordinate with business stakeholders to understand new requirements and assess the impact of change requests, while proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving application and process issues. Regular communication of work progress with management and swiftly addressing blockers to minimize project risk will also be part of your responsibilities.
Description
We encourage candidates with experience in one or more of the following technologies: Teradata, Oracle PL/SQL, Hadoop, Python/Spark, SAS, Autosys, Perl/Unix scripting, and Java. A strong knowledge of banking products, operational processes, and end-to-end transaction flows is preferred. Exposure to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain is a plus. Ideal candidates will also have the ability to gather and interpret data requirements, conduct research and analysis, design business processes, and support data sourcing and mapping initiatives. We will also consider candidates with robust business analyst experience.
