Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but we may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and driving key strategies within an organization.
- Knowledge in customer experience and payments management.
- Understanding modern technologies and architectural patterns that enhance platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the product development and commercialization of Comcast’s payment products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning, execution, and launch.
- Oversee performance metrics of assigned payment products to ensure smooth, secure transactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build partnerships within Comcast and with external vendors.
- Facilitate negotiations with payment processors and financial partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Refine product lifecycle processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement through direct communication and iteration.
- Conduct product grooming sessions and align business drivers with key stakeholders.
