Telecommunications Engineer Ii-Im Telecom

- I am responsible for planning and coordinating the future state of our Enterprise Telecom/Data networks, ensuring alignment with our information management vision and strategy. - I design network solutions that meet our organizational needs, prioritize projects, manage service requests, and oversee routine assignments. - I analyze Voice/Data network configurations related to critical corporate resources, developing plans and recommendations for improved performance and efficiency while preventing unplanned disruptions of critical systems. - I integrate system components, subsystems, facilities, and services into our existing technical environment, assessing impacts on other systems and collaborating with fellow associates for positive outcomes. I also install, configure, and verify system operations, maintaining or improving integrations and operations across various projects. - I design, implement, and oversee proactive processes to collect and report data on our internetworking environment, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet organizational needs. I keep systems updated with the latest stable versions, perform research and testing on updates, coordinate vendor support, and monitor performance. - I provide training to my team members and clients as needed and maintain in-depth knowledge and current certifications in data/voice technologies, including relevant vendor certifications. - I undertake other duties as assigned.
