Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology or a similar field from an accredited university or college, or a minimum of 3 years in digital product management. - At least 3 years of experience in digital domains, including: - Demonstrable digital acumen. - Experience in building and maintaining web applications and platforms, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with web technologies, learning/content management systems, multimedia/authoring tools, and assessment/evaluation tools. - Experience in evaluating learning technologies and performing research/development in the field of learning. - Vendor management experience, including contract negotiations and management. - Strong consulting skills with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps, and present possible solutions as a thought leader. - Ability to create key technical documentation (e.g., step-by-step/user guides, knowledge articles, FAQs). - Experience with MOOCs, micro-learning, simulations, virtual reality, augmented reality, self-paced and video-based learning, chatbots, and artificial intelligence. - Experience in a highly matrixed environment is desirable. - Proven track record of establishing relationships and being a strategic partner. - Desire for self-development to stay current with a continuously changing technical landscape. - Strong communication, customer service, and project management skills. - An eye for the β€œnow” and β€œnext,” with a desire to discover new technologies and their applications.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain digital properties on a variety of platforms, including intranet, social media, learning tools, chatbots, VR, AR, AI, video, mobile, and web technologies. - Manage all aspects of the technology project lifecycle. - Support the vendor review process and help onboard new tech vendors as needed. Ensure efficient monitoring, triage/support, strong documentation, and proper test coverage on all technology solution vendors. - Assess the effectiveness of existing and proposed technology solutions. - Identify key projects or audiences where innovative new techniques will have the greatest impact. - Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables. - Develop pilot program operations for new technologies. - Play an active role in creating measurement and reporting programs; provide ongoing reports to the team and focus on continuous improvement. - Maintain a strong understanding of technology industry trends and best practices, and how they impact our technology strategy. - Consult on the use of technology solutions and identify the most appropriate blend of technologies based on specific scenarios, gathering technical and user experience requirements as needed. - Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and integrate with internal platforms, collaborating with internal groups accordingly. - Provide customer service by addressing queries or directing them as applicable. - Provide digital support for communication campaigns and other efforts. - Be a leader and active contributor to the HR Tech community.
