Requirements

Responsibilities
As an IT Project Lead, my responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Coordinating work for projects involving multiple team members
- Creating and executing project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identifying resources needed and assisting in assigning individual tasks
- Preparing and reviewing project-related documents before passing them along to stakeholders
- Applying project management methodologies and best practices effectively
- Performing risk analysis and recommending actions to mitigate risk
- Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Ensuring projects meet stakeholder objectives
- Facilitating team meetings and handling project conflicts within and outside of the team
- Inspiring other team members to attain goals and pursue excellence
Description
Our Large Insurance Client is seeking a motivated individual to join our IT Division as a Junior Project Lead. This is a full-time role based in Lansing, Grand Rapids, or Traverse City, MI, requiring hybrid onsite work for 2-3 days a week. The successful candidate will receive a competitive yearly pay between $68,375.89 - $85,000.00, along with benefits that include 401(k), dental and health insurance.
