Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
- 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools for DoD or Federal organizations.
- Experience with Glide scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out-of-the-box configuration, custom apps, and development methods.
- Experience in project management, requirements management, and Agile development practices.
- Experience working with Government clients in developing ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps using best practices.
- Experience leading development teams, providing guidance, mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project and proposal teams to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and articulate high-quality implementation plans.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma or GED.
- ServiceNow Certification, including Certified ServiceNow Master Architect, Certified Application Developer, or Certified System Administrator Certification.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Application Architect and SME, I will lead the design and configuration of a client’s ServiceNow implementation architecture. My focus will be on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet system stakeholder requirements. I will advise the team in performing hands-on design, development, and modifications to extend the capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, I will act as a trusted advisor to DoD customers, understanding their missions, current architecture, priorities, and security requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD).
