Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead a team responsible for forecasting all network hardware needed to build and scale our network effectively. I will collaborate closely with software teams developing automation, applied scientists, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure we are prepared for the growth of our services. My focus will be on breaking down complex business processes, identifying significant opportunities, and developing a long-term strategy that aligns with both software needs and immediate requirements. I will work with leaders across multiple organizations to drive the necessary actions for timely capacity scaling through efficient automation.
