Requirements
Must:
- I have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- I possess 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- I have 3+ years of software development experience.
- I am experienced in managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Responsibilities
- I will drive the cross-AWS Operational Readiness Review program and establish a closed-loop review system to identify and help mitigate potential availability gaps.
- I will conduct deep dives with teams to identify availability gaps and report on AWS-wide progress in mitigating these gaps.
- I will continuously improve the ORR program to help identify availability gaps while also reducing builder burden.
- I will connect the review and analyses with compliance programs to support evidence gathering and reporting.
