- I will ensure support for all functionalities of SAP GTS, including upgrades to SAP GTS E4H. - I will delve into customer sales and distribution configurations to identify their foreign trade business needs. - Analyzing and designing target business processes will be part of my responsibilities. - I will work collaboratively with the functional architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer needs. - Identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases will be essential in my role. - I will establish and maintain deliverables related to requirements and traceability. - I will collaborate with project managers, architects, and team members to define performance measures and objectives for the application. - Participating in the transition of requirements and use cases to design will be vital to ensure a clear and comprehensive understanding of the requirements. - I will assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected outcomes for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing. - Participating in quality management reviews, especially design, prototype, and other deliverable reviews related to requirements, will be a key duty to ensure compliance with these requirements. - I will serve as a liaison to the business community, participating in user and task analysis to maintain a business perspective. - Acting as a resource for the change management team will involve evaluating training needs and performance support and designing training and performance support materials. - I understand that this function is often assigned to client team members, including specialists involved in defining and redesigning operational processes from a technical application perspective. - I will create change plans and lead efforts that facilitate clients in helping their staff adopt changes resulting from supply chain transformation. - I will seek to develop Accenture's SAP practice and contribute to closing future sales. - I will continue to develop my SAP GTS expertise by keeping up-to-date with market innovations and the latest developments. - Travel may be necessary for this position, with travel rates varying from 0% to 80% based on operational needs and client requirements. - This position is located at our local technology center in Montreal and will require on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week.
